Born on December 7, 1993, Amb.Ovie hails from Ughelli South Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria, and proudly represents the Urhobo ethnic nationality. Academic & Professional Development
Amb. Ovie’s educational foundation reflects a commitment to continuous growth and technical excellence. He began his early education in Warri, Delta State, attending National Comprehensive and Mowoe Primary School before proceeding to the Institute of Continuing Education (ICE), where he completed his secondary education in 2010.
In pursuit of technical and digital competence, he obtained a diploma in Computer Studies from Jexon Computer Training Institute in 2010.
He further advanced his academic qualifications at Delta State Polytechnic, Ogwashi-Uku, earning:

As Founder and CEO of KingsPlug Empire Hub, which consist of major brands King’splug Events and King’splug Exchange. Which has been a fast-growing creative and event solutions enterprise recognized for delivering premium experiences across weddings, corporate functions, social celebrations, and bespoke lifestyle events. Under his leadership, the brand has become synonymous with creativity, precision, and excellence.
Managing Director – Mayorkings Agency
As Managing Director of Mayorkings Agency, he provides strategic leadership in talent management, business operations, and brand development, during that face, Major events were brought to birth such as Miss Cultural Heritage. A project that serve as a tool to eradicate indecency in the social and promo our rich cultural heritage whereby positioning the agency for sustainable growth and industry relevance.
Banking Operations – First City Monument Bank (FCMB)
Ovie previously served in the Operations Department of First City Monument Bank as a Teller, where he gained critical experience in financial operations, customer service, and institutional workflow management.
Media Production & Broadcasting – African Broadcasting Network
During his industrial training, he contributed to media production and broadcasting at African Broadcasting Network, further sharpening his communication and content development skills.
Public Service – Ministry of Youth and Sport, Lokoja
* During his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), he served as Assistant Public Relations Officer to the Commissioner for the Ministry of Youth and Sport, Lokoja, supporting strategic communication and youth-focused governmental initiatives.
* Amb.Ovie Ogujor was also appointed as Chief of Staff to the President of the African Union Youth Council (AUYC) Nigeria Chapter.
This strategic appointment comes at a pivotal time as the Council ramps up its efforts to drive youth-led advocacy and sustainable development across the federation.
